- • As CRM Manager for Wealth at Tide Platform Limited, you will own and optimize an established CRM programme focused on investment portfolio engagement, driving performance through personalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- • Day to day, you will map campaign strategies across Tide Payment products, monitor and report on Wealth KPIs, build and execute automated workflows, define testing and personalization roadmaps, support forecasting, and manage stakeholder alignment with product teams.
