- • As a CRM Marketing Manager II at NerdWallet, you will drive data-driven email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to engage users across onboarding, cross-sell, browse abandonment, and blast initiatives, directly impacting revenue and user experience.
- • You will manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, design and launch automated campaigns, monitor performance, analyze metrics, and lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- • You will partner with Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to align CRM strategy with business goals, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, and develop scalable, efficient workflows.
