📋 Description

• As a CRM Marketing Manager II at NerdWallet, you will drive data-informed email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to engage users across onboarding, cross-sell, browse abandon, and winback journeys, directly impacting revenue and customer lifetime value.
• You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns—from strategy and segmentation to execution, performance analysis, and optimization—using CRM platforms to automate and scale personalized communications.
• You’ll partner with Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to align on goals, implement technical enhancements, and ensure data flows seamlessly across systems while maintaining compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
• In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in marketing automation, data-driven storytelling, and cross-functional leadership, positioning yourself to influence enterprise-wide engagement strategy and advance into senior marketing or CRM leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise with at least one major CRM/marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo)
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for building and troubleshooting email templates
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, A/B test results, and customer data to derive actionable insights
• Experience with API integrations and webhooks to sync data between marketing tools and internal systems
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as AMPscript, Handlebars, or Liquid for dynamic content and personalization
