- • As a CRM Operations Manager II at NerdWallet, you will own the end-to-end execution of automated email and push campaigns that drive engagement across the customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery from onboarding to re-engagement.
- • You will design, build, and deploy complex multi-step workflows, implement personalization using user and behavioral data, and maintain campaign accuracy through rigorous QA processes and technical execution.
- • You will partner with CRM strategists, analytics, product, engineering, and creative teams to translate campaign ideas into technically sound, scalable solutions while maintaining platform health and operational excellence.
- • You will serve as the primary administrator of the CRM and marketing technology stack (Iterable), optimizing performance, ensuring compliance, and enabling the team with best practices, tools, and governance for sustained success.
