📋 Description

• As a CRM Specialist at Rohlik Group SE, you will play a key role in turning customer interactions into meaningful experiences by executing data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push, and remarketing channels.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns—from setup and monitoring to optimization—while supporting the implementation of the CRM strategy defined by the CRM Manager.
• You will work within a fast-moving, collaborative marketing team at Rohlik’s Prague head office, partnering with BI, performance managers, copywriters, and brand teams to ensure aligned and impactful communication.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and AI-driven personalization, gaining hands-on experience with Bloomreach and contributing to innovation in customer journey design and campaign performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and campaign management tools, especially Bloomreach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Czech.
