- • Own end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and remarketing channels, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- • Support implementation of the CRM strategy as defined by the CRM Manager, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and customer engagement goals.
- • Utilize customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting techniques to deliver relevant and timely messaging that drives engagement and retention.
- • Contribute ideas to campaign innovation, customer journey enhancements, and automation flow improvements to increase campaign effectiveness.
- • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to inform data-driven business decisions and optimize future initiatives.
- • Actively drive improvements through the adoption of AI and automation technologies, staying current with industry trends to streamline workflows and enhance results.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with BI teams, performance managers, copywriters, and brand teams to ensure consistent, aligned communication across all customer touchpoints.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM execution tools, continuously evaluating and recommending platform improvements and best practices.
- • Ensure all campaign activities adhere to data privacy standards and brand guidelines while maximizing customer experience and conversion rates.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign configurations, performance benchmarks, and optimization actions for team knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
- • Proficiency in CRM platforms and campaign management tools, especially Bloomreach
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Fluent in English and Czech
