📋 Description

• • Architect and deliver end-to-end crypto products: You will own the full development lifecycle—from translating product requirements into technical specifications, through coding, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization—ensuring every feature is secure, performant, and user-centric.
• • Build scalable front-end experiences: Craft pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Collaborate daily with UI/UX designers to translate Figma mock-ups into interactive dashboards that display real-time blockchain data, token analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• • Engineer robust back-end services: Design and implement Node.js micro-services that power our AI indices, price-prediction engines, and portfolio analytics. You’ll create RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party DeFi protocols, and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) to handle millions of on-chain events per minute.
• • Drive Web3 and smart-contract integration: Write, test, and deploy Solidity smart contracts for staking, yield farming, and governance features. You’ll work closely with auditors to ensure security best practices and integrate contracts into the front-end using ethers.js or web3.js, giving users seamless wallet connectivity (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Ledger).
• • Ensure cross-platform excellence: Implement progressive-web-app standards so our platform performs flawlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. You’ll leverage service workers, code-splitting, and lazy-loading to achieve sub-second load times and 99.9 % uptime for a global user base spanning 50+ countries.
• • Champion DevOps and CI/CD: Build GitHub Actions pipelines that automate testing, linting, containerization (Docker), and deployment to AWS, GCP, or decentralized storage (IPFS, Arweave). You’ll monitor infrastructure with Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana, and quickly resolve incidents to maintain user trust.
• • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams: Partner with data scientists to embed LLM-driven insights into the UI, work with product managers to prioritize features on a Kanban board, and mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming. Your feedback loops will directly shape Token Metrics’ roadmap.
• • Stay ahead of the crypto curve: Continuously research Layer-2 rollups, zero-knowledge proofs, new token standards (ERC-4626, ERC-6551), and emerging frameworks (Next.js 14, NestJS). You’ll run internal tech talks and write concise documentation so the entire engineering team can adopt cutting-edge tools safely and efficiently.
