📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Token Metrics’ next-generation crypto analytics platform, translating complex market data into intuitive tools that help investors in 50+ countries build profitable portfolios.
• • Drive product strategy by synthesizing market research, on-chain analytics, competitive intelligence, and direct user feedback to identify high-impact opportunities for new features and product lines.
• • Lead agile sprints with distributed engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams; write crisp user stories, prioritize backlogs, and keep releases on schedule while remaining flexible enough to pivot when crypto markets shift overnight.
• • Champion a data-driven culture by defining key metrics, instrumenting behavioral analytics, and running A/B tests that uncover the precise “Aha” moments that turn curious visitors into loyal power users.
• • Craft and evangelize a UX vision that demystifies blockchain data for both retail traders and institutional fund managers; partner with designers to run usability studies, iterate on wireframes, and deliver pixel-perfect interfaces that feel effortless on web and mobile.
• • Maintain an authoritative pulse on crypto trends—DeFi protocols, Layer-2 scaling, regulatory developments, NFTs, and emerging tokenomics—then translate those insights into clear product roadmaps that keep Token Metrics ahead of the curve.
• • Establish rigorous QA processes in collaboration with QA engineers and beta-user communities; triage bugs, prioritize fixes, and ensure every release meets the highest standards of security, performance, and user delight.
• • Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and execution teams, distilling technical trade-offs into concise business language and securing buy-in for strategic pivots when market conditions demand rapid adaptation.
• • Mentor junior PMs and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and transparent communication across time zones from Vietnam to the Americas.
• • Contribute to Token Metrics’ thought-leadership content—blog posts, webinars, and conference talks—that showcase our product innovations and reinforce our position as the AI-powered gateway to smarter crypto investing.
