� Description

• • Own the end-to-end quality strategy for Token Metrics’ AI-driven crypto analytics platform, ensuring every release meets the highest standards demanded by investors in 50+ countries.
• • Architect, build, and maintain a scalable automation framework (Python/JavaScript, Selenium, Cypress, or similar) that validates real-time data ingestion, AI model outputs, portfolio simulations, and Web3 integrations across web, mobile, and API layers.
• • Lead a distributed QA squad—mentoring junior engineers, defining coding standards, and instituting rigorous code-review practices—while remaining hands-on in writing and executing test suites.
• • Translate complex product requirements into detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices that cover functional, regression, performance, security, and blockchain-specific scenarios (wallet connectivity, smart-contract events, on-chain data accuracy).
• • Implement continuous testing within our CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes) so every pull request is automatically validated, cutting release cycles from days to hours.
• • Detect, isolate, and triage defects using Jira, Zephyr, or similar tools; perform root-cause analysis with logs, metrics, and blockchain explorers; and partner with backend, data-science, and frontend teams to drive rapid resolution.
• • Champion quality metrics—defect density, test coverage, MTTR, and customer-reported issues—and present actionable insights to executive leadership to influence product roadmap and engineering priorities.
• • Simulate high-frequency trading loads and large portfolio datasets to ensure sub-second response times and zero data drift, protecting the trust of both retail traders and institutional fund managers.
• • Validate cryptographic signatures, wallet authentication flows, and secure key management to guarantee user funds and data remain uncompromised.
• • Collaborate with product designers during early-stage mock-ups to embed testability hooks, reducing late-stage rework and accelerating time-to-market for new indices, rankings, and price-prediction features.
• • Drive compliance and audit readiness by documenting test evidence, maintaining SOC-2 and ISO-27001 aligned QA artifacts, and coordinating external penetration tests.
• • Continuously research emerging Web3 protocols, DeFi platforms, and NFT standards to evolve test strategies that keep pace with the rapidly changing crypto landscape.
• • Foster a culture of quality across the organization by running internal workshops, brown-bag sessions, and blameless post-mortems that turn every bug into a learning opportunity.
• • Report directly to the VP of Engineering, with a clear path to QA Director as the team and product suite expand globally.
