📋 Description • Own the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle for Token Metrics’ AI-driven crypto analytics platform, ensuring every release meets the highest standards of reliability, security, and performance for investors in 50+ countries. • Architect and maintain a comprehensive test automation framework that covers RESTful APIs, micro-services, React-based web apps, and mobile clients, leveraging tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Postman, and Selenium WebDriver. • Partner daily with product designers, data scientists, and blockchain engineers to translate complex crypto-trading requirements into detailed test strategies, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices that prevent defects before they reach production. • Lead a distributed QA pod (Kraków/Athens/Remote) through sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives; coach junior engineers on test design patterns, CI/CD integration, and shift-left quality practices. • Design and execute automated regression, smoke, and performance test suites that validate AI price-prediction models, portfolio-ranking algorithms, and real-time market data ingestion pipelines under high-load conditions. • Establish and monitor KPIs such as test coverage (>90%), defect escape rate (<1%), and mean-time-to-resolution (<4 h) using dashboards in Grafana or Datadog; present weekly quality health reports to executive leadership. • Champion security-first testing by embedding OWASP, encryption, and wallet-integration test cases into every build, ensuring customer assets and personal data remain protected against evolving crypto-threat vectors. • Continuously refactor test code for maintainability, parallel execution, and cloud scalability on AWS, while reducing test-suite runtime by at least 30% year-over-year. • Coordinate user-acceptance testing with global beta users, synthesize feedback, and prioritize bug fixes that directly impact investor profitability and platform trust. • Drive post-release monitoring and rollback strategies, collaborating with SRE teams to achieve 99.9% uptime for critical trading windows and token-listing events. • Contribute to the QA roadmap, evaluating emerging tools (e.g., visual regression, contract testing) and advocating for budget allocations that accelerate delivery without compromising quality. • Foster a culture of experimentation by running blameless post-mortems, documenting lessons learned, and sharing best practices across Token Metrics’ engineering guilds.
