📋 Description • Architect, build and own end-to-end Web3 products that power AI-driven crypto indices, rankings and price-prediction engines used by 50 k+ investors in 50 countries. • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive React/Next.js front-ends that feel native on desktop, iOS and Android; obsess over Lighthouse scores >90 and Web-Vitals. • Design and implement secure Node.js & Python micro-services, REST & GraphQL APIs, Web-Socket streams and serverless functions that aggregate on-chain data, exchange feeds and social signals in real time. • Integrate smart-contract interactions (read/write) via Ethers.js, Web3.js or Viem; handle wallet connect, multi-chain RPC failover, gas estimation and EIP-1559 for Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum and Solana. • Model and optimize MongoDB, PostgreSQL and ClickHouse schemas that ingest millions of price points daily; craft indexing strategies and aggregation pipelines that keep query latency <100 ms at 5 k req/s. • Containerise services with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and automate CI/CD through GitHub Actions, ArgoCD and Terraform on AWS/GCP; achieve zero-downtime blue-green deployments. • Pair with data-science team to productionise ML models (gradient boosting, LSTMs, LLMs) behind low-latency inference endpoints; monitor drift, A/B test features and iterate weekly. • Champion security best-practices: OWASP top-10, static/dynamic analysis, dependency scanning, rate-limiting, JWT refresh rotation, smart-contract re-entrancy guards and secure key management (KMS, Vault). • Instrument observability: structured logging, Prometheus metrics, Open-Tracing, Grafana dashboards, PagerDuty alerts—own your SLA (99.9 % uptime) and post-mortems. • Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming and lunch-and-learns; foster a culture of unit/integration testing (Jest, PyTest) with >80 % coverage. • Stay crypto-native: track new token standards (ERC-4626, ERC-4337), L2 roll-ups, MEV protection, restaking and AI-crypto convergence; propose adoption road-maps to leadership. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing and customer-success to ship MVPs in two-week sprints, gather on-chain usage analytics and convert insights into revenue-generating features. 🎯 Requirements • 5+ years production full-stack development, including ≥1 year inside a crypto/Web3 company where you deployed smart-contract interactions to main-net. • Expert in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind; strong Python or Node.js server-side background; hands-on with MongoDB/PostgreSQL and Redis caching. • Solid grasp of blockchain primitives: wallets, RPCs, events, ABIs, EIP-1559, gas strategies; able to read Solidity or Rust contracts. • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science or related; PhD or published ML/LLM work is a plus. • Demonstrated ownership of a product from zero to one—show GitHub, deployed links and measurable KPIs. 🏖️ Benefits • Fully remote-first culture with flexible hours; work from Hanoi, Bali or anywhere with good Wi-Fi. • Competitive US-dollar salary paid in fiat or crypto (USDC/BTC) of your choice. • Token Metrics equity pool + annual TM token grants aligned with company performance. • $2 k annual learning stipend for conferences (ETHGlobal, Solana Breakpoint), courses and certifications. • 20 days paid vacation, local public holidays and one “crypto conference” week off to explore the ecosystem.
