- • The CTM II role at Syneos Health is a critical position within the Clinical Solutions team, responsible for overseeing clinical trial management activities to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across global studies. This role directly supports the acceleration of drug development by managing site interactions, monitoring deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet study milestones.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing site management and clinical monitoring post-activation through closeout, reviewing study scope and budget for contractual alignment, identifying and mitigating risks using operational data and metrics, escalating issues to project managers, coordinating training on protocols and SOPs, managing resourcing for CRAs and Central Monitors, ensuring quality of monitoring documentation, and collaborating with functional teams such as Data Management and Patient Recruitment to align on timelines and handoffs.

They will strengthen skills in regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH), budget management, conflict resolution, and strategic problem-solving while contributing to high-impact studies that support novel drug approvals globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Demonstrated expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central)
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones
- • Strong conflict resolution skills
- • Demonstrated ability to apply problem solving techniques to resolve complex issues and apply a risk management approach
