📋 Description

• The CTMA Manager role at BeiGene, Ltd. combines line management and operational responsibilities to support clinical trial execution and team development in a remote US-based position.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews with direct reports, interviewing and onboarding new hires, managing workload allocation, ensuring adherence to SOPs and ICH/GCP standards, and supporting clinical operations tasks such as eTMF maintenance and clinical trial document preparation.
• The team operates within BeiGene’s Clinical Operations function, focusing on oncology drug development with a mission to bring affordable medicines to patients globally through scientific rigor and collaborative innovation.
• In this role, the individual will develop leadership and people management skills, deepen expertise in clinical trial operations, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and gain experience in cross-functional resource allocation and global clinical trial execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher, preferably in a scientific, medical, or healthcare discipline
• 5+ years of prior clinical trial experience including experience in a management/leadership capacity or demonstrating prior ownership of management/leadership type tasks
• 2+ years of previous direct line management experience
• Solid leadership and management experience either as direct line manager or as cross functional team lead
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to influence and lead
