- • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners segments, including Accounting, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
- • Serve as the trusted advisor and advocate for partners, understanding their business models, goals, and challenges.
- • Drive Partner Enablement and Customer Activation: Develop and deliver partner onboarding and education on the full range of integration and configuration options for Ramp’s suite of products.
- • Work with partners and their customers to drive efficient, thorough, and complete onboarding at scale.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and develop solutions to drive growth.
- • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
- • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- • Develop and deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- • Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive customer growth and retention.
- • Develop and execute plans to address customer challenges and drive growth.
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customer success strategies.
- • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customer success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, account management, or product operations experience.
- • Familiarity with partner ecosystem operations.
- • Exceptional project management and time management.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication.
- • Experience working with technical counterparts in Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot, and ideate workarounds as needed.
- • Desire to learn our product inside out. Understand why Ramp was built the way it was and know how to communicate this effectively.
- • Proven track record of exceeding quota and/or outperforming key target metrics.
- • Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions accordingly.
- • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
