  • • The Customer Advocacy Manager at Kaseya will build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and proud to be part of the Kaseya community, driving ongoing customer loyalty, awareness, and trust in the brand through innovative global advocacy and engagement programs.
  • • Day to day, the role involves building and managing a pipeline of customer success stories, growing and nurturing a customer advocacy community, showcasing stories across multiple channels, supporting executive sponsorship programs, facilitating customer speaking opportunities, managing customer reference and referral programs, leading third-party review initiatives, planning customer recognition programs, collaborating cross-functionally, and tracking key advocacy KPIs for continuous improvement.

  • • The role offers the opportunity to shape and grow Kaseya’s customer advocacy strategy in a customer-centric, community-minded way, helping customers tell their stories, build a thriving advocacy community, and make a tangible impact while celebrating customer success and empowering IT professionals worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, customer community management, or related roles with proven success in building and scaling customer advocacy programs or similar high-visibility customer-focused initiatives.
  • • B2B marketing experience is required; experience in fast-growing SaaS or technology companies is strongly preferred; familiarity with IT management, cybersecurity, or networking industry—especially with MSPs or IT professionals—is a plus.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, coach customers for public speaking, and tailor messages for diverse audiences from end-users to C-suite.
  • • Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and executive stakeholders, to ideate and execute strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • • Strong project management and organizational skills: self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, highly organized and detail-oriented, able to coordinate across global teams and time zones.
  • • Strategic mindset with the ability to think about how customer advocacy supports broader business goals, translating customer feedback and success stories into insights that inform marketing strategy, product improvements, and sales enablement.
