- • As a Customer Advocacy Manager at Veeam, you will lead the customer advocacy program, building strong relationships with key customers and transforming them into champions who share their success stories to strengthen Veeam’s brand and drive business impact.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include cultivating relationships with customer advocates, developing a portfolio of high-profile customer brands, managing a database of public and private references, collaborating with sales, marketing, engineering, and alliances teams to identify standout stories, coordinating customer interviews, crafting compelling narratives for testimonials and videos, overseeing the approval process for advocacy assets, leveraging customer voices in marketing and PR campaigns, tracking the use of advocacy assets across formats, overseeing supplier contracts for professional video production, serving as a trusted advisor to sales and marketing teams, leading operational efficiency initiatives, and exploring innovative ways to elevate the advocacy program.
