  • • Manage the ambient Kid Snacking business within the Mass Channel, focusing on direct sales execution and market growth at Target and Walmart.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, ensuring alignment on product placement, pricing, promotions, and shelf execution.
  • • Collaborate with National Account Managers to develop and execute promotional and shopper marketing initiatives that drive sales volume and category penetration.
  • • Analyze retail sales data, shopper trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product performance.
  • • Lead cross-functional coordination between Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to ensure seamless product launches and retail execution.
  • • Drive multi-category growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for portfolio expansion within Mass retail channels.
  • • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers at Target and Walmart.
  • • Monitor inventory levels, distribution gaps, and out-of-stock conditions to ensure optimal retail availability and minimize lost sales.
  • • Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and retail partners.
  • • Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams on retail dynamics, competitive threats, and consumer behavior in the Mass channel.
  • • Roll up sleeves to solve operational challenges quickly, including resolving planogram compliance issues, promotional execution errors, and supply chain disruptions.
  • • Balance tactical day-to-day retail execution with long-term strategic planning to meet both quarterly sales targets and multi-year growth objectives.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a collaborative "we" mindset, prioritizing team success over individual achievement.
  • • Leverage deep expertise in Mass retail operations to influence product assortment, merchandising, and promotional calendars.
  • • Ensure all retail activities align with brand standards and company values while maximizing market share in a highly competitive snack category.
