📋 Description

• Manage multiple parallel roadmaps for customer training enablement, balancing strategic priorities with daily execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Build and maintain enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across global training teams.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Trainers, reducing ramp time and ensuring standardized readiness across US and international markets.
• Translate product updates into clear, actionable communications that drive customer adoption and early order behavior.
• Convert tool and internal process changes into structured learning materials to enable seamless workflow adoption by frontline teams.
• Apply enablement best practices to maintain high-quality training experiences and operational outcomes across all regions.
• Develop scalable coaching and development systems that empower frontline leaders to consistently coach, certify, and advance Trainers at every career stage.
• Source, curate, and synthesize training content from cross-functional partners without manually creating all materials from scratch.
• Drive strategic prioritization of enablement initiatives in partnership with senior leadership to align with company growth objectives.
• Map complex, messy inputs from diverse teams into optimized workflows and structured enablement strategies that work backward from desired outcomes.
• Operate with extreme autonomy, independently driving initiatives forward without constant oversight or hand-holding.
• Influence cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to secure resources and drive adoption of training programs across geographies.
• Track and measure the impact of enablement initiatives to ensure adoption, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Support global training operations with a primary focus on the US team while enabling international teams across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Work within US-based business hours to align with key stakeholder teams and ensure timely delivery of training enablement initiatives.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize, automate, and accelerate content synthesis and day-to-day enablement output.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational field
• Demonstrated ability to set and drive enablement prioritization in partnership with senior leadership
• Proven track record of mapping cross-functional inputs into structured, optimized workflows
• Extreme autonomy and a “go-getter” mentality to independently drive initiatives without constant oversight
• Experience managing change through influence across diverse, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholder groups
• Ability to work US-based business hours
