- • Manage multiple parallel roadmaps for customer training enablement, balancing strategic priorities with daily execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Build and maintain enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across global training teams.
- • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new Trainers, reducing ramp time and ensuring consistent readiness across US and international markets.
- • Translate product updates into clear, actionable communications that drive customer adoption and early order behavior.
- • Turn tool and internal process changes into structured learning materials to enable seamless workflow adoption by frontline teams.
- • Apply enablement best practices to maintain a high-quality Trainer experience and uphold operational excellence standards.
- • Develop scalable coaching and development systems that empower frontline leaders to consistently coach, certify, and advance Trainers at all career stages.
- • Source, curate, and synthesize training content from cross-functional partners without manually creating all materials from scratch.
- • Drive strategic prioritization of enablement initiatives in partnership with senior leadership to align with company-wide goals.
- • Map complex, messy cross-functional inputs into optimized workflows and work backward to design structured, scalable enablement strategies.
- • Track and measure the impact of enablement programs to ensure adoption, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- • Serve as the primary onboarding partner for the US training team while supporting growing international teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- • Operate with extreme autonomy—initiating, driving, and completing projects without constant oversight or hand-holding.
- • Influence cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to secure resources and alignment without direct authority.
- • Work US-based hours to align with core team operations and customer-facing training schedules.
- • Leverage AI technologies to optimize, automate, and accelerate content synthesis and day-to-day enablement output.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational field
- • Demonstrated ability to set and drive enablement prioritization in partnership with senior leadership
- • Proven track record of mapping cross-functional inputs into structured, optimized workflows
- • Extreme autonomy and a “go-getter” mentality to independently drive initiatives forward
- • Experience managing change through influence across diverse, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholder groups
- • Willingness and ability to work US-based hours
