- • Customer Care Representative at ZayZoon Inc. is a pivotal role focused on delivering exceptional support to users of the company’s financial wellness platform, directly contributing to the mission of reducing financial stress for hardworking employees by providing timely assistance, troubleshooting, and product education.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via in-app chat and email, serving as the initial point of contact for issues, troubleshooting complex inquiries, escalating sensitive matters to appropriate internal teams (such as finance, legal, product, and development), and collaborating with growth and product teams to surface customer insights that inform product improvements and new feature development.
- • The role also involves contributing to process enhancements within Customer Care, maintaining and updating the internal knowledge base, staying current with relevant technology developments, and advocating for ZayZoon’s mission of responsible financial product design and delivery.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in customer support within a high-growth tech environment, gain cross-functional collaboration experience with product, finance, and legal teams, strengthen communication and problem-solving skills, and contribute meaningfully to product evolution through customer insights—positioning them for growth in customer experience, product support, or operations roles within the fintech or SaaS sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of customer service or support experience
- • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, or similar collaboration and productivity tools
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and articulate feedback for product and UX improvements
