  • • The Customer Care Specialist (AU Mortgage Broker Admin) plays a vital role in supporting mortgage brokers by managing client portfolios and conducting annual loan reviews to ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date information about their home loans and potential savings opportunities.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting annual reviews of client home loans, gathering updated loan data from lender portals and internal systems, requesting property valuations, preparing and sending client communications about loan positions and rate changes, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking follow-ups for timely completion, and identifying refinance opportunities to escalate to the broker team. The role also includes light social media support such as scheduling and publishing pre-prepared content using Canva templates while ensuring brand consistency.
  • • Pear Tree is a growing company supporting mortgage brokers in Australia, providing administrative and client care services that enable brokers to focus on client relationships and loan origination. The team operates with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and proactive client engagement in the home loan sector.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in residential mortgage processes, CRM and lender portal systems, financial data handling, and client communication. You’ll gain experience in identifying loan optimization opportunities and contributing to client retention and satisfaction, with potential to grow into broader broker support or client services leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in mortgage broking support or client services
  • • Proficiency with CRMs, lender portals, and Google Workspace
  • • Working knowledge of residential home loan processes
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • High attention to detail, particularly when handling financial data and client records
  • • Experience with social media scheduling tools preferred, but not required

  • • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST schedule
