- • As a Customer Contact Center Representative at IQVIA, you will serve as a vital link between a leading global biopharmaceutical company and patients, healthcare providers, and support programs, ensuring timely access to medications and critical information that improves patient outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will manage inbound and outbound contacts via phone, live chat, and email; deliver product education and support materials; assist with copay card activation and patient support programs; document interactions accurately; report adverse events; and maintain compliance with FDA-regulated standards while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
- • You will join a diverse, mission-driven team at IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and commercial solutions, partnering with top biopharma companies to accelerate medical breakthroughs and improve population health worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills; gain deep knowledge of pharmaceutical access programs; earn certifications; and build a foundation for growth in healthcare operations, patient advocacy, or customer success within a Fortune 500 life sciences organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma required; one or two years of advance education or college degree preferred
- • Minimum of one year of inbound contact center experience utilizing telephony platform
- • Customer service experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment strongly preferred
- • Excellent telephone, virtual, and written communication skills with demonstrated tact and patience
- • Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate ethical conduct, and apply emotional intelligence in all interactions
- • Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
