- • Be the voice of Visier’s global customer community and the bridge between our users and our AI-powered people analytics platform. As Customer Content and Community Evangelist, you will own the end-to-end strategy for customer stories, reference programs, and community engagement that prove how workforce intelligence drives measurable business impact.
- • Craft and curate compelling narratives—case studies, video testimonials, ROI deep-dives, conference talks, blog posts, and social media threads—that showcase how Fortune 1000 and high-growth organizations use Visier to understand the relationship between people and work, elevate employee productivity, and adapt to change faster.
- • Build and nurture a thriving, always-on customer community across Slack, LinkedIn, user groups, advisory boards, and annual events. You will design programs that turn satisfied users into vocal advocates, create safe spaces for peer learning, and surface real-time feedback that fuels product innovation.
- • Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue teams to identify high-impact reference accounts, secure executive buy-in, and shepherd customers through every stage of the advocacy journey—from first win to keynote stage.
- • Own the customer content calendar: map quarterly themes to business priorities, manage production timelines, and ensure every asset meets brand, legal, and messaging standards while remaining authentic to each customer’s voice.
- • Measure what matters: track content engagement, community growth, reference influence on pipeline, and NPS uplift. Translate insights into data-backed recommendations that continuously refine our evangelism playbook.
- • Amplify customer voices at global events—Dreamforce, HR Tech, SHRM, and Visier’s own INSIGHT conference—by coaching speakers, moderating panels, and live-tweeting insights that extend reach far beyond the ballroom.
- • Champion diversity of stories: proactively seek out customers from under-represented industries, geographies, and workforce segments to ensure our content reflects the full spectrum of modern work.
- • Experiment with new formats—interactive ROI calculators, TikTok micro-stories, podcast mini-series—to meet prospects where they are and keep Visier at the forefront of HR tech storytelling.
- • Serve as an internal expert on customer language and pain points; brief product teams on emerging use cases and feed competitive intelligence back into roadmap discussions.
- • Mentor junior marketers and interns, sharing best practices for interviewing executives, negotiating legal approvals, and turning raw data into emotionally resonant stories.
- • Travel up to 25% for on-site filming, customer advisory boards, and marquee conferences, while maintaining a remote-first workflow that respects global time zones and flexible schedules.
