- • As the Customer Content Marketing Lead at Notion, you will own the end-to-end creation of compelling customer stories that showcase how individuals and organizations use Notion to transform their work, proving the platform’s impact across industries and geographies.
- • You will drive a rapid cadence of high-quality customer content across written, video, web, and emerging formats, building a scalable storytelling engine that supports global marketing initiatives and product launches.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, regional teams, and the Storytelling team to align customer narratives with brand moments, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- • You will design playbooks, templates, and infrastructure to empower regional teams in EMEA and APAC to produce consistent, high-bar customer stories while identifying which stories to tell locally.
- • You will help customers share their own Notion journeys on their channels, pioneering a scalable user-generated content motion that amplifies authentic storytelling.
- • You will ensure customer stories appear where they matter most — on notion.com/customers, in sales enablement, at events, and across performance and lifecycle marketing channels.
- • You will think in campaigns, not isolated stories, sequencing and packaging customer narratives to amplify their impact and connect them to broader product and brand moments.
- • You will leverage your strong writing, visual taste, and shipping mindset to produce work that resonates emotionally and drives perception, with support from Notion’s world-class creative and marketing teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of relevant and transferrable experience in content marketing, storytelling, or a related field.
- • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives across formats including customer stories, video scripts, creative briefs, and web copy.
- • Strong visual taste and design aptitude — ability to storyboard, wireframe, or mock up concepts to guide beautiful final outputs.
- • Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and ship work quickly, treating process as a means to deliver impact.
- • Strategic thinking in campaigns — ability to connect individual stories into larger narratives, product launches, or brand moments.
- • Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and enhance storytelling output.
