• • The Customer Education, Content & Systems Operations Lead at OpenAI will build the operational foundation behind education programs that shape how enterprises adopt frontier AI, ensuring content is trusted, discoverable, and effectively used by customers.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning the health and integrity of the Customer Education content portfolio, running the team’s operating rhythm, translating ambiguous initiatives into scalable workflows, designing processes for content lifecycle management, and partnering across teams to implement system requirements while leveraging AI to automate repeatable work.
• • The Customer Education team at OpenAI supports the mission of ensuring artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity by creating learning experiences that help customers use AI systems effectively, responsibly, and with confidence, especially as products and audiences grow.
