- • Develop and scale repeatable customer education programs for new product launches and updates at OpenAI, ensuring enterprise customers understand, adopt, and realize value from frontier AI capabilities.
- • Translate complex technical product information into clear, practical customer-facing assets including use cases, demos, quickstarts, adoption guides, customer stories, and educational campaigns.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Developer Experience, Technical Success, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Education teams to align educational efforts with product roadmaps and customer needs.
- • Create structured frameworks to determine the appropriate educational approach for different product milestones and distinct enterprise customer segments.
- • Design scalable workflows for producing high-quality educational content in a fast-moving product environment without sacrificing accuracy or clarity.
- • Gather and analyze customer signals, usage data, and feedback from customer-facing teams to continuously refine and improve education programs and content.
- • Identify and amplify compelling customer use cases and success stories that drive adoption and demonstrate tangible value from OpenAI’s newest innovations.
- • Measure the effectiveness of education initiatives through key metrics tied to customer engagement, product adoption rates, and time-to-value.
- • Help establish long-term operating models and cross-functional processes that sustainably scale customer education alongside OpenAI’s rapid product velocity.
- • Operationalize a repeatable framework for new product education within the first few months, piloting programs for key product releases and establishing feedback loops with customer-facing teams.
- • Enable customer-facing teams with practical, reliable educational resources they can confidently use to support enterprise customers during onboarding and adoption.
- • Ensure that all priority product releases include high-quality, timely educational programs and assets that bridge the gap between innovation and real-world usage.
- • Maintain a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and customer trust in all educational materials, ensuring enterprise customers can rely on OpenAI’s guidance to make informed decisions.
- • Balance speed, quality, and operational rigor while navigating ambiguity and building structure in a dynamic, rapidly evolving AI product landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience creating customer-facing product education, technical content, enablement programs, webinars, demos, guides, or adoption resources.
- • Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and content development skills.
- • Strong product synthesis skills with the ability to transform technical concepts into actionable customer guidance.
- • Proven program management experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- • Experience partnering effectively with Product, Marketing, customer-facing teams, or technical organizations.
- • Ability to balance speed, quality, and operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.
