  • • Customer Enablement & Training Specialist (Technical SaaS) is a customer-facing role focused on helping enterprise marketing teams adopt and master a modern automation-first SaaS platform, bridging customer success, technical training, and marketing operations to drive product adoption and long-term value.
  • • The role is critical for ensuring customers achieve successful onboarding and sustained usage of the platform, directly impacting retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.
  • • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding programs from initial login through successful adoption, guiding enterprise customers through setup, configuration, and best practices to accelerate time-to-value.
  • • Design and deliver live training sessions, interactive workshops, and structured cohort-based programs tailored to marketing and content teams, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • • Translate complex technical workflows—such as CRM automation, data reporting, and campaign execution—into clear, actionable processes and guides for non-technical marketing stakeholders.
  • • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve enablement assets including SOPs, playbooks, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles to support scalable, self-service learning.
  • • Partner closely with marketing operations teams to support CRM automation, reporting dashboards, and campaign workflows, ensuring alignment between platform capabilities and marketing goals.
  • • Collaborate with content and SEO teams on enablement initiatives that improve content production, distribution, and performance tracking within the platform.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle, building strong relationships through proactive communication, empathy, and deep product expertise.
  • • Work within a remote-first, U.S.-aligned team (EST–PST time zones), collaborating with global customers and internal teams using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
  • • Contribute to a culture of customer-centric innovation by gathering feedback from training sessions and customer interactions to inform product improvements and enablement strategy.
  • • Grow professionally by deepening expertise in SaaS enablement, marketing technology stacks, data-driven workflows, and cross-functional collaboration in high-growth tech environments.
  • • Develop advanced skills in technical training design, customer education methodologies, and marketing automation strategy, positioning yourself as a specialist in technical customer success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or SaaS training roles
  • • Proven experience working at a well-known or reputable technology or SaaS company
  • • Strong hands-on proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms
  • • Practical, workflow-based experience using Python and SQL for reporting, automation, or enablement purposes
  • • Mandatory: Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar)
  • • Demonstrated experience working successfully with U.S.- or UK-based companies in a professional capacity
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear educator mindset and ability to simplify complex concepts
