- • As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound at A1 Garage Door Service LLC, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking garage door services, playing a critical role in shaping first impressions and driving customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and empathetic communication. Your work directly impacts customer retention, brand reputation, and revenue generation by converting inquiries into scheduled service appointments while resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- • You will manage a high volume of inbound phone calls, actively listening to understand customer needs, diagnosing service requirements, and providing clear, accurate information about A1’s garage door repair, installation, and maintenance offerings. Using company-approved tools and scripts, you will schedule appointments, follow up on service requests, and ensure all interactions are documented precisely in the CRM system to maintain data integrity and support seamless handoffs to field teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions, meeting individual and team sales targets, and adhering to call handling quotas while maintaining high-quality service standards. You will adapt your communication style to diverse customer personalities, de-escalate concerns with patience and empathy, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues efficiently, ensuring a consistent and positive customer journey from first contact to service completion.
- • You will maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, including call logs, service notes, and account updates, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and supporting accurate billing and follow-up processes. This role requires strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively across multiple concurrent interactions, and remain productive during flexible shifts spanning early mornings to late evenings, including weekends.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 12 months of call center experience, with upselling experience preferred
- • Availability to work flexible hours between 5:00am and 9:30pm MST, including weekends
- • Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and ability to type 40 WPM or more
- • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including CRM platforms and basic office applications
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong reading comprehension, and basic math proficiency
- • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC) and criminal background check, and current legal eligibility to work in the United States
