- • As Rally UXR Inc.'s first Customer Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical expert for Enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technical success while acting as a trusted advisor in pre-sales conversations to help close deals.
- • You will own technical onboarding and implementation for large Enterprise accounts, including managing API integrations, SSO configuration, custom workflows, and email deliverability; serve as the go-to technical resource on the CX team for API, integration, AI, and platform architecture questions; partner with Sales in pre-sales to provide technical credibility and scope solutions; build internal CX tooling using Retool and automations; surface product feedback from customer interactions to the product team; and help define the technical consulting playbook from the ground up.
- • You will join Rally’s Customer Experience team, a user-obsessed, highly collaborative group that works closely with UX researchers, product managers, and designers at leading companies like Google, Adobe, and Figma; you’ll partner with the CTO, CS Lead, Sales, and Engineering teams in a fully remote, async-first environment with regular customer calls and occasional in-person onsites.
- • In this role, you will define what great technical consulting looks like at Rally as we scale into an AI-native company; you’ll gain deep exposure to cutting-edge AI agents for user research, shape internal processes and tooling, and have high ownership to solve ambiguous problems while accelerating Enterprise onboarding and freeing the product team from technical consulting load.
