- • As a Customer Engineer at Patch My PC, you will play a critical role in helping enterprise customers maximize the value of our third-party patch management solutions within Microsoft ConfigMgr and Intune environments, directly contributing to improved security, compliance, and operational efficiency for IT teams.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include guiding customers through onboarding, deployment, and configuration of our solutions; providing technical support and troubleshooting; conducting product demonstrations and training sessions; gathering feedback to inform product improvements; and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- • You will join a fully remote, mission-driven team of 150 passionate individuals who are dedicated to simplifying patch management for over 9,000 customers and 30 million devices worldwide, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise endpoint management technologies, strengthen your technical communication and problem-solving skills, and grow your ability to translate complex IT challenges into clear, actionable solutions—positioning you for advancement in technical customer success or solutions engineering roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in technical customer support, solutions engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role within enterprise IT environments.
- • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr) and/or Microsoft Intune, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- • Familiarity with third-party application patching concepts and experience with tools like WSUS, SCCM, or similar patch management systems.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts and priorities independently in a remote work setting.
