📋 Description
- • As a Customer Engineer at Diagrid, you will work directly with prospective customers to understand their technical challenges and design solutions using open-source technologies like Dapr and KEDA, helping them adopt cloud-native architectures and onboard to Diagrid Cloud.
- • Your day-to-day includes creating and delivering customer demos, building Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions in multiple programming languages, providing architecture guidance, and aggregating customer feedback to inform product development.
- • You will be part of the Engineering team, acting as the voice of the customer by sharing insights from real-world engagements to shape product features, prioritize user feedback, and influence strategic direction.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native development, and open-source ecosystems while directly impacting product roadmap and customer success in a high-growth startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role
- • Solid developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET, or Go
- • Experience with Git-based version control systems
- • Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems
