- • As a Customer Experience Associate at Verse Medical, you will be on the front lines supporting clinics that rely on our platform to deliver hospital-quality care at home, resolving inquiries and removing friction in the ordering process to ensure patients receive timely, reliable care.
- • Day to day, you will respond to inbound clinic inquiries via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot order issues, product questions, shipping updates, and documentation needs; coordinate cross-functionally with Ops, Billing, and CSM teams to resolve escalations; assist with product selection and substitutions; support documentation collection and order processing; maintain accurate records in Kustomer; contribute to knowledge base and SOP updates; and act as a voice for clinics and patients internally by escalating urgent issues with empathy and ownership.
- • Verse Medical is a well-funded Series C healthcare technology company backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures, building modern software infrastructure to connect providers, payors, and patients and eliminate outdated systems like faxes and phone tag in home-based care.
- • In this role, you will develop strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment; gain deep exposure to healthcare operations and clinical workflows; contribute to process improvements that directly impact patient care; and position yourself for rapid career growth at a company at a major inflection point in transforming healthcare delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, healthcare operations, or a similar fast-paced environment
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- • Comfort working with systems such as G-Suite, Slack, Kustomer, or Zendesk
- • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- • Experience supporting healthcare clinics or medical products (preferred)
- • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred)
