• • As a Customer Experience Engineer at Ketch, Inc., you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless resolution of complex issues and driving satisfaction through expert support and advocacy.
• • Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues across web, mobile, and API integrations, documenting and prioritizing customer concerns, guiding clients on best practices for deploying and scaling Ketch’s platform, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to advocate for customer-driven improvements.
