📋 Description

• As a Customer Experience Engineer at Ketch, Inc., you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless resolution of complex issues and driving satisfaction through expert support and advocacy.
• Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues across web, mobile, and API integrations, documenting and prioritizing customer problems, guiding customers on best practices for deploying and scaling Ketch’s platform, collaborating with engineering and product teams to escalate customer needs, and creating knowledge base materials to improve support efficiency.
• Ketch is an early-stage startup disrupting the data privacy and cybersecurity market with patent-pending technology that combines cryptography, differential privacy, and distributed ledgers to enable compliant data usage. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, API integrations, containerized systems, and AI-enhanced support workflows while gaining direct influence on product improvement through customer advocacy and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby for automating processes and enhancing system efficiency
• Strong expertise in RESTful and SOAP APIs, including troubleshooting, enhancing data flow, security, and efficiency using tools like Postman
• Advanced skills in developing dynamic websites with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience in creating cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android (Swift/Kotlin)
• Ability to work US business hours (start late, end early)
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement across R&D, sales, and engineering
