- • As a Customer Experience Engineer at Ketch, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless resolution of complex issues and driving satisfaction through deep product expertise and proactive support.
- • Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues across web, mobile, and API integrations, documenting and prioritizing customer concerns, guiding clients on best practices for deployment and scaling, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to advocate for customer-driven improvements.
- • You will work within an early-stage, mission-driven startup focused on disrupting data privacy and cybersecurity through innovative cryptographic and distributed ledger technologies, where values like Passion, Growth, Grit, Collaboration, and Integrity shape every decision.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical expertise in APIs, scripting, containerization, and AI-enhanced workflows while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration, customer advocacy, and product improvement cycles—positioning you as a trusted advisor and technical leader in a high-impact domain.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient in RESTful and SOAP APIs with ability to troubleshoot and enhance integrations
- • Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby for automation and process improvement
- • Experienced in developing dynamic websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- • Proficient in using Postman to test, debug, and validate API functionality
- • Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs and AI agents, with ability to apply them to support workflows
- • Experience integrating third-party services using OAuth, API keys, and authentication protocols
