- • As a Customer Experience Manager for the UK EMEA region at Ketch, you will be an early, hands-on hire responsible for owning the end-to-end customer experience, blending technical onboarding, in-timezone support, and post-implementation success to drive adoption and expansion in a growing market.
- • Your day-to-day will involve running discovery, solution design, and configuration for technical onboarding; triaging and resolving customer issues to meet SLAs; acting as a technical escalation partner with Product and Engineering; leading strategic customer conversations like QBRs; identifying expansion opportunities; and collaborating with Sales on upsell and cross-sell motions.
- • You will join a mission-driven company redefining responsible data use for the AI era, where global brands rely on Ketch’s Data Permissioning Platform to manage privacy, consent, and compliance while enabling privacy-safe data activation across devices and systems.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS implementations and customer health management, build executive-level relationships, influence product improvements through customer insights, and grow your impact as the EMEA customer base scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, professional services, support engineering, solutions consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role at a cloud SaaS company, with evidence of managing larger customer relationships.
- • Prior experience building out customer functions or working in early-stage customer environments is highly desirable.
- • Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evening overlap, to collaborate with US teams is essential.
- • Fluency in English and French is required; any additional European language is a strong plus.
- • Legally authorized to work in the UK and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
