- • As a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will help lead the change in the cybersecurity industry by designing and executing integrated campaigns that drive product adoption, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across the customer base, directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
- • Day to day, you will plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, build and refine automated marketing journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, and renewal, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align targeting, messaging, and asset development.
- • You will join a global Pack of problem-solvers at Arctic Wolf, a company recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Gartner Peer Insights, and IDC MarketScape, dedicated to ending cyber risk through innovation like the Aurora Platform and serving over 10,000 customers worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop data-backed hypotheses and campaign briefs, establish consistent reporting and dashboards, improve personalization and segmentation, and gain visibility into how your work impacts customer retention, expansion, and product adoption while building scalable lifecycle programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of B2B experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success
- • Proven track record of retaining and growing a customer base through lifecycle programs
- • Experience designing and executing demand generation or lifecycle campaigns
- • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, segmentation, and campaign analytics
- • Excellent cross-functional communicator and collaborator
- • Experience mentoring junior teammates and managing complex projects
