• • The Customer Marketing Lead at Socure will build and execute customer marketing programs using ABM, events, and email campaigns to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal pipeline generation, directly supporting revenue growth and customer retention in a high-impact identity verification company.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading customer engagement programs across organic and paid channels, content, email, and virtual/live events; collaborating with Product, Field, and Partner Marketing teams to scale initiatives; measuring and improving program effectiveness; presenting performance insights to stakeholders; ideating new engagement strategies; and building customer relationships to increase renewals, referrals, and expansion opportunities.
