- • As a Customer Marketing Manager at Cohere, you will champion customer advocacy by uncovering success stories and crafting compelling narratives that showcase the real-world impact of our AI solutions.
- • You will engage with key customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and content for blogs, social media, sales enablement, and whitepapers, while designing and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and retention.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product, marketing, and events teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure customer stories are integrated across all marketing touchpoints.
- • In this role, you will build and maintain performance dashboards, track campaign metrics, and use insights to optimize future efforts—gaining deep expertise in customer marketing, AI storytelling, and cross-functional campaign execution within a high-growth AI leader.
