We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organized Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our customer-obsessed strategies.
- • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in amplifying the voice of our customers and ensuring they derive maximum value from the Perceptyx platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to our customer awareness, adoption, retention, and expansion goals. - • **Develop and Manage the Customer Advocacy Ecosystem:** You will be responsible for cultivating and managing our customer advocacy program. This includes identifying and engaging customers for participation in various advocacy initiatives such as providing references, testimonials, quotes for marketing materials, speaking opportunities at events, and sharing their success stories. Your goal will be to build a robust network of advocates who are enthusiastic about sharing their positive experiences with Perceptyx.
- • **Craft Compelling Customer Success Narratives:** A core aspect of this role involves transforming customer insights and data into powerful, engaging narratives. You will excel at telling customer success stories in ways that resonate internally, promote our valued customers, and inspire greater brand loyalty and trust among prospects and the wider market. This storytelling will be crucial for both external marketing efforts and internal enablement.
- • **Design and Implement Customer Engagement Strategies:** You will develop and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing programs. These programs will be designed to continuously reinforce the value proposition of the Perceptyx platform, encourage deeper adoption of its features, identify and facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and position Perceptyx as a thought leader throughout the customer's journey. This involves understanding the customer's evolving needs and proactively addressing them.
- • **Drive Growth Through Targeted Marketing Campaigns:** You will conceptualize and implement targeted marketing campaigns specifically designed to impact key business metrics such as customer renewals, upsell opportunities, and overall expansion growth. This requires a data-driven approach to identify opportunities and a creative flair to develop campaigns that capture attention and drive action.
- • **Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:** This role demands strong collaboration with key internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You will partner closely with these departments to align marketing initiatives with their objectives. This includes supporting activities such as managing beta programs for new features, organizing and facilitating Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) to gather strategic feedback, and driving customer referral programs.
- • **Create Specialized Marketing Content:** You will be responsible for creating bespoke marketing content tailored to support Account Management and Customer Success teams. This content will be utilized for various purposes, including training at-risk customers to improve satisfaction and retention, and equipping our customer-facing teams with the resources they need to effectively engage and support clients.
- • **Measure and Showcase Campaign Impact:** A critical component of your role will be to rigorously evaluate and clearly articulate the success of customer marketing campaigns. You will be expected to measure and showcase their specific impact on revenue growth, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights to the leadership team.
- • **Contribute to a Culture of Continuous Improvement:** You will actively participate in refining our customer marketing strategies and tactics, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to enhance our customer engagement and advocacy efforts. Your insights will be vital in shaping the future of customer marketing at Perceptyx.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Proven experience in building and managing customer advocacy programs across multiple channels (e.g., email, webinars, case studies, social proof, review management).
- • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights and data into compelling narratives and effective marketing collateral.
- • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- • Bachelor's Degree (4-year) or equivalent practical experience.
