📋 Description
- • Customer Marketing Manager at n8n GmbH, responsible for building a strategic and repeatable customer marketing function from the ground up to drive pipeline growth, enterprise credibility, product adoption, and sales enablement through customer proof and storytelling.
- • Day to day, you will own customer marketing strategy, build scalable programs for advocacy and references, produce case studies and testimonials, partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams, gather customer stories from post-sales, and create assets that support both marketing and sales motions.
- • n8n is an open workflow orchestration platform for AI, backed by a global builder community of 650k+ developers, 145k+ GitHub stars, and $240m in funding, with a $2.5bn valuation and presence across Europe and the US, headquartered in Berlin.
- • In this role, you will define the roadmap for customer marketing, establish repeatable processes for sourcing and prioritizing customer stories, improve how sales and teams use customer proof, and help position n8n’s customer outcomes as a core go-to-market asset, with potential to grow the function over time.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior IC experience in customer marketing, product marketing, customer advocacy, or content-led storytelling within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- • Experience building strategy, structure, and operating processes in functions that are still maturing
- • Strong track record of turning customer stories into assets that support both marketing and sales
- • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- • Strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability, with a good sense of what makes a customer story commercially useful
- • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- • Experience supporting enterprise or technical buyers with proof-oriented content
