📋 Description

• • As a Customer Onboarding Analyst at Nivoda Limited, you will serve as the first line of trust by verifying the identity and legitimacy of suppliers and buyers onboarding onto the platform, ensuring a secure and compliant marketplace for global jewelry trade.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing KYB documentation, conducting risk assessments, maintaining verification records in CRM/ATS systems, liaising with applicants for missing documents, staying updated on AML regulations, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams, identifying fraud patterns, and improving KYB workflows and SOPs.
