📋 Description

• • As a Customer Onboarding Executive - German at MEWS Systems B.V., you will play a key role in guiding small to medium hospitality clients through the onboarding process, ensuring their successful adoption of Mews’ cloud-based property management system and contributing to their digital transformation in the global hospitality industry.
• • Day to day, you will lead clients through onboarding via video conferencing and email, provide timely support through live chat, proactively re-engage customers by phone, manage high-volume interactions using appropriate tools, identify customer trends and share feedback to improve the experience, coordinate online training sessions, and ensure training programs meet customer needs.
