  • • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for a diverse portfolio of EMEA-based clients. This involves meticulous project management, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and timely launch of Deel's Global Employee Management Platform. You will be the orchestrator, ensuring that every aspect of the implementation, from HRIS integration to payroll setup and compliance, is executed flawlessly and efficiently, meeting agreed-upon timelines and client expectations.
  • • Becoming a Deel product expert is paramount. You will cultivate an in-depth knowledge of our platform's capabilities, including HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, and equipment management, as well as staying abreast of evolving industry trends and the competitive landscape. This expertise will enable you to provide strategic guidance, proactively identify potential challenges, and recommend best practices tailored to each client's unique use cases and business objectives.
  • • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will engage with clients at various levels, from HR professionals to C-suite executives, articulating complex information with clarity, persuasion, and professionalism. Your ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and act as a trusted advisor will be key to fostering strong client relationships and ensuring their confidence in Deel's ability to support their global growth.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve proactive problem-solving. You will be expected to identify, analyze, and resolve intricate operational and product-related issues that may arise during the onboarding phase. This includes leveraging your understanding of global payroll intricacies to provide expert advice and drive continuous improvement within the client's operations and Deel's service delivery.
  • • As an internal advocate for our clients, you will champion their needs and provide valuable feedback to internal teams, including Customer Experience and Research & Development. By understanding client challenges and successes, you will contribute to the enhancement of Deel's products and services, facilitating the expansion of client business with our platform and ensuring Deel remains at the forefront of global work solutions.
  • • You will play a crucial role in refining and documenting our onboarding processes and best practices. By sharing your insights and experiences, you will contribute to the collective knowledge base of the team, supporting colleagues and driving operational excellence across the entire onboarding function. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer onboarding role, specifically supporting a B2B SaaS product, with a strong preference for experience within the HR, Payroll, or Finance domains.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships, coupled with a genuine passion for educating and empowering others, whether clients or internal colleagues.
  • • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
  • • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and data clearly and persuasively in written, presentation, and verbal formats to diverse audiences.
  • • High attention to detail, with a proven capability to design and implement organized, effective, and client-centric onboarding plans and schedules.
  • • Driven, quick-thinking, and adaptable individual who thrives in a challenging, autonomous work setting, adept at prioritizing tasks and identifying/resolving internal and external blockers.
