• • As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Deel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and adoption of Deel’s Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform for international clients, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and long-term retention in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and executing customer onboarding projects, becoming a product expert on Deel’s HR, payroll, compliance, and benefits offerings, communicating clearly with stakeholders across time zones, solving complex implementation challenges, and collaborating with internal teams like Customer Experience and R&D to refine processes and best practices.
