📋 Description

• • As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Perfect Venue, you will play a critical role in helping local restaurants and event venues successfully adopt and benefit from our event management platform, directly contributing to their ability to compete with larger chains through improved operations and revenue growth.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and video calls; troubleshooting and resolving issues; leading end-to-end onboarding for new customers; conducting product training sessions; guiding clients to early wins; and escalating technical issues to internal teams when needed.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Perfect Venue, a company dedicated to leveling the playing field for local venues by providing affordable, user-friendly technology that mirrors the capabilities used by large hospitality chains, with plans to expand into a broader event services marketplace.
