📋 Description

• As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Salonkee, you will play a pivotal role in guiding new beauty and wellness salon clients from contract signing to successful software adoption, ensuring they realize immediate value from Salonkee’s all-in-one platform.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering personalized onboarding experiences, providing post-training support during the critical first weeks, advising clients on optimal tool usage to streamline operations, independently managing your schedule and account preparation, and acting as a key liaison between Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Salonkee is a fast-growing European leader in digitalizing the beauty and wellness industry, empowering salons with innovative software to focus on delivering exceptional service. You’ll join a dynamic, mission-driven team committed to sustainable industry transformation through technology and collaboration.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success and SaaS onboarding, refine your consultative and communication skills across diverse client profiles, gain hands-on experience with CRM and digital tools, and grow professionally within a supportive environment that values initiative, empathy, and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German proficiency with ability to communicate in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and adaptability when working with diverse personalities, from solo studios to multi-location businesses
• Self-driven and structured work ethic, capable of managing time and tasks effectively in a remote setup
• Willingness to learn and engage deeply with Salonkee’s digital product (CRM experience is a plus)
