- • Interact directly with U.S. customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues with care, efficiency, and adherence to the highest service standards.
- • Ensure every customer interaction reflects Lendable’s commitment to putting customers first and achieving first-contact resolution on all queries and needs.
- • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to support the operational success of the U.S. Credit Card program.
- • Escalate risks or potential risks that could negatively impact customer outcomes or compliance standards.
- • Identify, document, and respond to customer dissatisfaction related to internal processes, following established complaint resolution procedures.
- • Meet defined individual and team performance targets aligned with business and departmental objectives.
- • Operate on rotating weekly shifts to align with U.S. operating hours: Shift 1 (12:00 PM–9:00 PM UK time, Monday–Friday) or Shift 2 (4:00 PM–1:00 AM UK time, Monday–Friday).
- • Work fully remote, with Shift 1 including WFH on Mondays and Fridays and in-office attendance on Tuesdays–Thursdays.
- • Complete a 4–6 week training program held in the London office, with training hours from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM UK time, Monday–Friday.
- • Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure or emotionally charged customer interactions.
- • Quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and internal tools to support efficient customer service delivery.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational processes based on customer feedback and interaction patterns.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by embracing feedback and adapting to evolving business needs in a fast-paced fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role across any industry with a proven track record of connecting with and helping others.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and rapport-building abilities.
- • Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new software systems.
