- • As a Customer Operations Specialist at Forma Inc., you will serve as the operational 'control center' for the customer support team, managing the operational lifecycle of post-tax and pre-tax accounts while ensuring seamless delivery of flexible benefits solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a product expert to resolve customer concerns, owning daily operational tasks such as account configuration and program policy updates, identifying and optimizing workflows for efficiency, translating customer feedback into product recommendations, and tracking and reporting on operational performance metrics.
- • You will join Forma’s Platform Operations team, supporting a mission-driven company that helps global leaders like Stripe, Zoom, Lululemon, and Affirm deliver flexible, inclusive benefits programs to nearly a million employees through innovative software that reduces inefficiencies and empowers employee choice.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in employee benefits operations, strengthen your ability to design and scale processes in a fast-paced tech environment, and grow your impact by influencing product development through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- • Experience in a fast-paced tech startup and fully remote work environment preferred
- • Experience in employee benefits is a strong plus
- • Proven ability to build new processes and deliver end-to-end projects with minimal supervision
- • Strong independent and data-driven thinking with ability to break down ambiguous goals and analyze operational metrics
