- • Guide customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products based on their specific technical and security requirements.
- • Conduct regular health checks and on-demand audits of customer platforms to assess performance, resilience, and security posture, and recommend actionable improvements.
- • Diagnose, resolve, and proactively anticipate technical issues related to on-premise infrastructure, including servers, networking, virtualization, and storage systems.
- • Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical documentation of customer architectures, making it clear and accessible for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- • Collaborate with the Product team to translate customer infrastructure needs into product enhancements and feature requirements.
- • Support pre-sales efforts by advising on on-premise infrastructure sizing, compatibility, and design requirements for new customer deployments.
- • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless platform deployment and ongoing operational reliability.
- • Provide advisory support to customers on adapting Filigran deployments to their unique technological environments and security policies.
- • Maintain strong communication with customers to explain complex infrastructure concepts in clear, accessible terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Demonstrate autonomy and ownership in a remote, async-first work environment, managing multiple customer engagements with high reliability and responsiveness.
- • Continuously learn and integrate knowledge of Filigran’s software architecture, product features, and threat intelligence domain to better serve customer needs.
- • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, contributing to a culture of cohesion, openness, responsibility, and equity.
- • Participate in regional and global in-person offsites twice a year to strengthen team connections and align on strategic goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage)
- • Practical experience with containerization runtimes (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
- • Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm-based application deployments
- • Fluent in English and Arabic
- • Background in customer-facing technical roles
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues
